Barrel cracked at muzzle

I had a hairline crack in my .223 ,due to leaving a laser bore sighter in the barrel. It was inserted in about 3 inches,the crack occurred at 1 1/2 inches.

Had no issues from continuous firing , after the crack

Counterbore the bore of the rifle past the crack, problem solved.
