Heres a good one?
I have just bought a 20 shotgun, one of those singleshots that break open.
I have a stainless 22,250 barrel that I want to rechamber to a 22 Hornet then cut the outside of this barrel to slipfit down the 20g barrel and bush the muzzel end to fit.
Has anybody done anything like this before???

If you use a rubber o ring set in a groove at the end of the rifle barrel so that you have a moveable snug fit to the shotgun bore, it should center itself. You also have to address the extractor issue. The rifle barrel does not have to touch the shotgun bore except at the breach and muzzle (of the rifle barrel) and in .22 hornet it probably only has to be 10 or 12" long (as an insert)

will the twist on the 22-250 be to fast to shoot those little 45gr bullets that hornets love so much?
