Sorry guys, I'm sure this has been done do death, but here it is again
"Prohibited firearms include:
Handguns
with a barrel length inferior to 105 millimetres (4.1 in), or;
exceptions are stated in the Regulations Prescribing Exclusions from Certain Definitions of the Criminal Code International Sporting Competition Handguns"
I tried searching the forum but couldn't answer my own question, please forgive my newbishness.
What is meant by 'International Sporting Competition'?
Can I legally purchase and own a pistol with a 101mm barrel if its intended use would be for IPSC or IDPA?
I'm new to shooting, my CFSC is booked for beginning of March, but I tend to put a fair amount of research into everything I do...
Thanks in advance!
