Barrel length options on Archangel Maurader/Nomad?

Just how short a barrel can a guy have on this 10/22 G36 mock up and still be NR with the stock folded? Also how short if I pinned the stock fixed in the open position?

Opps. I should have been more specific. I am looking to buy a new barrel for my Archangel Nomad 10/22 setup. I would like to go a little shorter than the stock 18" (or is it 18.5). I want to remain NR which is a minimum of 26" I would like to know how short a barrel I could go with the stock fixed so it cannot fold and also if stock could fold. And of course as rthook pointed out an overall length of 26" minimum. I would like to order a barrel for this soon and would be also looking for a supplier of such barrel.

I went with a 10.5" and pinned the stock. Never fired the thing with the folded stock so figured why not pin it.

There is a great tutorial on here that uses a .40 cal casing to pin the stock.
 
That is good to know. That is half the info I was looking for. Thanks you. Any Idea how short I could go folded?

Why wold you think that? The firearms act and regulations state nothing about folding stocks with short barrels being illegal. If one has a folding stock on their rimfire rifle and a short barrel, we just need to make sure that when folded that the overall length of the rifle is still 26" minimum (if it can fire folded).
 
The shortest you can go with say a butler creek folder, is sadly the stock 18.5" barrel. If you use a stock with an ar style adjustable butt you can do 11.5" as the min.

Thanks for the input. My 10/22 is however in an Archangel Nomad/Marauder stock.
