Who in this country can manufacture custom barrels for gas guns?

What gas gun? Any gunsmith should be able to duplicate a barrel for an AR, using an existing barrel or barrel blank. Others, like the M-1 or M-14, require more complicated machining.

I'm going to re-barrel a carbine to non-restricted. 1/7 twist, parkerized, 1/2x28 threads. I want a lighter, faster non-res Swiss gun.

So an 18.5" barrel with a carbine length gas system... what barrel blank and who's going to do the work?
Curious because I'm very much interested in doing something similar. Might be cheaper to have a few done than one off...

If it all works out, I'll post the details and anyone who wants can contact the company. It's all just in the preparation stages now. More info when I get it.
