I did a quick search on other posts but couldn’t find anything.
Looking for recommendations for someone to port barrels on a Beretta over under in south western Ontario. Any advice is appreciated.

Unless you find someone doing it by electrical discharge machining I suggest you don't do it. I haven't seen any barrels that looked good after drilling a bunch of holes...

Guntech is right. Even when taking all the precautions there always going to have burrs on the inside that you can’t clean properly. After a few hundred shots it will be better but not perfect.

Noisy to others
