Barrel Seal Activator for 11-87

I am looking to buy a Barrel Seal Activator for a Remington 11-87 Super Mag that I just purchased from a gentleman on this site.

The gun works fine but doesn't cycle properly when firing 2 3/4 shells without a Barrel Seal Activator which the owner manual recommends when firing the smaller shells.

Anybody know where to find one besides an American website where the part costs $7 and it costs $20 to get it here?
