Barrel source for de-prohibiting 12-6

Does anyone know where I can get a legal barrel (104mm) for a 12-6 prohib?

Looking for a shop able to procure barrel and do the conversion. I am aware the original (shorter) barrel will need to be surrendered and destroyed in the process. Obviously, a shop licensed to do that needs the proper authorizations to receive and be in custody of the prohib (12-6). Looking for QUALITY workmanship, so if you had a positive experience, please emphasize.

Where are you located? In BC I know Barry at Bits of Pieces has done this.

I also know Ellwood Epps offers a service to rebarrel prohibs, including converting .32 to. 30 Reid.
