Hey guys and gals. So I'm still in the process of load development for my barrett 99 heavy bbl 32"...... Am using h50bmg and Hornady 750s ..... So far have shot up to 217 gr of powder and currently have 217-223 gr loaded waiting for a ideal day. And using ivi brass. Not match.
So I'm not entirely sure if my chronograph and or my patience will stand up to that thumper trying to line it up at oh what 30' lol .... Was just wondering if anybody had the velocities allready on hand for said similiar rifle and loads.
217 gr ( might be 217.2 with funky scale) did seem awesomely accurate if I didn't fudge one shot out of the group. But I called it to the right so it should have been keyholed if I didn't flinch. And have also allready ladder tested for col with 205 gr powder. Went with whats in hornadys Manuel .... For once ,think
5.730".
