Base and ring torque setting

Just a quick question.

I'm going to be installing Burris XTB bases and Signature Zee rings. Any idea of the toque I'm looking for? I was thinking 30 inch-pounds for the bases, and 15 for the rings? Am I in the neighborhood.

Yep... I like 20 for regular rings but it can be very easy to overtorque those burris ones...... 15 should do it...

Just install another new set of Burris Sig Zee...for the ring base screws I torqued it to 45" pounds and for the rings, 22" pounds. But somewhere between 15"-22" pounds for the rings will be fine.

15 in-lbs for the rail to receiver screws.
55 in-lbs for the ring to rail nuts.
15 in-lbs for the ring cap screws.
