base plates with pinky extensions(HK)

well, that is a problem. The .45 mags come with those for the tactical. The 10rd OEM mags all come with flat base plates, which can not be replaced with the curved extended base plates, as they do not fit the same way. The regular capacity mags can take either flat or curved base plates. So, I can only suggest you get some pinned mags, or mag bodies you can pin to 10rd before assembly.

oh, too bad i just ordered 5 from wolverine.

Weird because they fit just fine on the P2000 mags we have at work, and they are not pinned mags

Let me know if they fit (the ones you ordered from Wolverine)......yours at work are full capacity mags. The bodies of the civilian 10rd mags (not pinned, just constructed to only hold 10rds), have a different construction for attaching the base plate....I will up load a picture.

i ordered some and they do not work /w the 10 round mags, as the mag bodies are missing the lip at the base so that the new bases can slide in.

I find they are great for making sure the mag is seated during a speed reload,...it acts as a bumper pad.

The regular 'high cap' bases will fit on Promag USP mags. Yeah, Promags kinda suck, I know.
