Bases and rings for Zastava M70?

What base does the Zastava use?

Same as Remington 798/Interarms Mark X....Weaver 55 rear, 20a front.

Or, Weaver 45 and 46 will give you a little more room between the scope tube and the receiver rail.

Makes carrying the rifle easier!

I have a pair of low 1 inch Talley one piece lightweight rings I had initially planned to use on my Zastava before I changed scopes and went with a 30 rings. Let me know if you're interested in the model #. I can try and dig them and let you know.

Putting a scope on a Zastava Stutzen Full stock rife.

I was dealing with this very issue on a Zastava 6.5 x 55 long stock this week end. After Cabela's in Nanaimo BC completely failed on what I thought would be a fairly simple installation, my gunsmith ended up using Weaver Grand Slam 1" X-High rings (# Matte 49307) and Weaver 45 (#48045) for the front base and I believe Weaver 55 for the rears. Turned out to be just a bit more complicated than I thought.
