BassPro Canada no longer selling gun powder

I live in Manitoba, and we have a bit of a hard time finding powder. Out of curiosity, do you know where it's manufactured? I know there was a cordite plant that supplied the military in the old days. there's even Cordite Road not far from my place.
It would be nice for some retailer to step up to the plate and get it directly from Manitoba where most of it is made as far as bass pro Yankee go home and never come back .they are just a wallmart came here screwed the local guys and now arnt going to service the client .get lost

Thanks buddy.

There seems to be a pretty high demand and limited supply of powder in Canada. It amazes me that no one has started manufacturing it in Canada. At one time didn't CIL sell powder? I know they aren't into that anymore but surely there must be a business case for it. Supplement Canadian sales with sales overseas. I'm sure the US would block any sales into the lower 48.

I'm sure the government would find some way to #### it up...

Quote from a new can of imr 4895 "manufactured in Canada packaged in USA '' when I fist started reloading about 30years or so ago it was marked imr by DuPont and it said Manitoba on the can I have to look around for a old can.
