I wouldn't bet my life on any rifle until it proved itself reliable with a couple thousand trouble free rounds.

I agree, I'm not really all that concerned with the name stamped onto the side of the rifle, as much as I am with knowing that my particular rifle will function flawlessly. The only way to know is to shoot it, a lot.

Yeah… I am finding the results of this poll a little hard to swallow… someone says just name an AR and it will be given to you, no questions asked, but your life is going to depend on the AR working flawlessly… and you picked a… seriously?

Used em for the last 22 years at work and my life does depend on them. I'll stick with what I know. Have one at home to play with on my days off as well.

Basically I fear change, but I'm ok with that.

Barret and LWRC do not belong with HK.

And in truth Colt Canada is still above regular COLT USA....And KAC uses the best parts (Barrel) from Colt Canada has and goes beyond that in other areas.
