The RDB should be in this discussion. Us dudes that are "scared"of ARs favor the RDB. Lol.

Not at $1500 it shouldn't be. KelTecs are awesome, but they are awesome because they are usually priced under a grand. IMo, $1500 for an rdb is insulting.

I love my Tavor, but would trade it for a DDmk18 in a heartbeat if it were NR.

Tavor's just too damn heavy, especially at the back. Like those gigantic black ladies you always see with midgets in ####os...there's just too much extra weight back there.

Tavor for the win, because of it's reliability- but no other reason.

The fact you are admitting you watch midget #### renders your opinion null and void. Next!

The fact that you admit to midget #### makes his opinion super honest lol

I own a 97. I've shot a Tavor, in fact today while I was at the range with my 97. I do like the mag release on the Tavor X95. But I really don't see a justifiable differance between then.

This old Thread needs to be redone, there are more bullpups on the market and in different calibers since this was created.

The K&M M17S 556 and 308, Kel- Tec has RFB and RDB plus the ugly as they come Jard J68 and the hopefully soon Desert Tech MDR and the Tavor 7

Tavor 21, mine came with a lefty bolt installed so I swapped the safety over and the cocking handle to be used by my right hand up front. Shoots 62 grain Federal Fusion very well which I like for song dogs. Ergonomics are perfect for an average sized man and caliber conversion is possible. Ambidextrous for any firearm sells me, if a company has the forethought to make left hand models I will buy their brand.

I bought the T97 and Canadian Made lower and have no regrets. I love this gun! Its a hoot to shoot and I can bang it up and not care because its a Emei. Before the T97.ca lower though, this was a pretty rough girl. The OEM sights are laughable and the OEM trigger was the worst I've ever pulled lol. I can live with the lousy mag release and the weird mag fit issues. I'm going to paint her in Rhodesian SAS camo pattern once I can find some paint and spare socks.
