Battledyne 10-22 mags coming to Canada

Went to the range today but it was so cold i couldnt properly troubleshoot what was happening with these. Not sure if I'm using the mags correctly. I insert them on an open bolt and the mag seats in. When I release the bolt the mag drops out.

This is in an sr-22. Any suggestions?

i have 3 mags for my sr22 i havent had a chance to use. they sit fine in my gun unloaded though but i havent released the bolt. I'll give it a try today.

Make sure the mag is fully seated, they can be tight on some 10-22s

HiCal, Can I return mine?

I ordered 2 of them and they arrived very fast, but besides great service from you those mags are just HORRIBBLEEEEE. not worth a penny.

You would think this company would get these mags right, after their first batch was out-of-spec.

I'll try them one more time, then email HiCal about a refund. If there is no refund, I will probably just send them back anyways.

I ended up returning both the original and newest batch to Hical. He gave me no problems with the returns. Since I was there in person Dave (the owner) also took the time in person for me to show him the issue. I appreciate his curiosity to actually seem the problem first hand, and we managed to replicate some of the issues on a rifle he had in store.

I can't imagine anyone having customer service problems with Hical... my experiences with him on dealing with the Battledynes have been fantastic.

sadly im having issues with my new ones as well...I actually bought more of the new ones assuming the company would have it right this time, took three of the six I have out and had non stop issues with all three. Im going to try them one more time in a different rifle but so far its not looking good.
