Just as the title says, looking for one for my M305, I cannot find one anywhere.
Bayonet for the M14? M6 bayonet, where to find?

Anywhere? Not looking to hard. eBay has tones, just got one today. Paid $95 American for it including shipping. Really good shape, with the scabbard. Now my question to the M14 gunnutz out there, what can a guy do to make a M6 bayonet fit on an M305 shorty? Mine doesn't have the proper lug for the M6, and the barrel is to short causing the end of the handle to come in contact with the gas plug. Maybe have to get a different flash hider and extend the barrel an inch? Not wanting to go all out so going to keep it original as possible.
Never were terribly common in Canada. Try here though. He's in Sask but doesn't list any M6's, but it's worth an e-mail. Then rummage around at gun shows. Add the W's. greatadventure.ca
