1888 long Lee bayonet I just picked up. Trying to trace some numbers on it. 2. R. D 125 I assume it is a unit mark. Can anyone identify it. Made in 5 of 1896. Enfield inspectors stamps. No makers name so assuming Enfield from the stamps. Crown with VR( Victoria Regent) and WD in know. The scabbard is marked crown B 49, WD arrow and .96. Cap and locket are marked crown B 62 or 63. The 2 RD 125 I haven’t seen before and is what I’d like to know about. I’ve been looking at stuff on the internet but can’t find what I want.
Both scabbard and bayonet are in excellent shape. Most I am seeing have a lot more stamps. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Snider Shooter. All Canadian bayonets were made in 1896. My guess is 2nd Battalion Royal Dragoons. All the
other markings are standard view marks as required as the parts pass inspection. John
