BC F Class Championship

Run the brass into the 6XC FL sizer to push the shoulder back a smidge. Set the die so that it is a firm fit in your chamber - resistance when you close the bolt.

A bit of pistol powder and some cornmeal. hold it all down by stuffing some paper towel into the neck. FIRE.

Trim and do the other basic prep. VOILA!

Interesting. How much pistol powder would you use?And what's the purpose of the corn meal?
Also I'm not sure what you mean by set the die?As far as I knew an FL resizer could only produce one size?

You can vary the degree of Sizing by only running the case into the die part way to bump the shoulder back a bit.

Cornmeal is to take up the airspace at the top of the case so the powder is still against the primer at the bottom when you chamber it.
