A little over two weeks until I leave on my combo Elk, Mule Deer, and Wolf hunt in BC. It's been a year in the planning. I have hunted deer in ON for years, but I have never been on a hunt like this one. I am really starting to get crank up!

Fly to Calgary, drive to Wardner, BC. Meet the outfitter, and pack in on horse back for 10 days.

I'm shooting a X-Bolt 300 WM, Federal Premium 180g Nosler Partions.

I will post pictures when I get back at the end of September

Your gonna have a great time! Looked at the Baldy mountain web site and it would appear you have a chance at a real bull!

One piece of advice, keep every stitch and scrap of that elk meat don't let any hatchets near it.

Looking forward to the pics

I'll be hunting in BC at the same time. Also useing a .300 with 180 Partitions. Coincidently my partner has a place out of Wardner, though we won't be hunting anywhere near there.

Hey Guys,
I got back last weekend from my 10 day BC Elk hunt. I would like to post a couple of pic's, but I am not sure how to attach the pic's to this forum. Any assistance is appreciated.

I'll help you embed your photos...

Boomer 74, thanks for the help. How do you embed photos?

- Select the picture you want to embed. Make sure it's a decent size, 800x600 works best for most people.
- Right-click with the mouse on the picture itself, select "properties".
- When the "properties" window appears, highlite & copy the "address" or "URL". Close this window.
- In the forum message-bar, select the "INSERT IMAGE" icon & paste the "URL" into the window that appears.
