BC Hunters- LEH deadline extended to May 29th

May 25th is the closing date for applications. People waiting until Friday to apply online may have to contend with the website getting logged down.

If the system is still bogged down, try using a wired connection to your router or waiting well into the evening (like 10pm to 7am)

I have finally given up, will be driving into town and doing it in person tomorrow.


Called Victoria and guy said just keep trying, system was overloaded. Still would not let me log in so called help desk and some nice lady very patiently fixed everything for me and finally logged in. Had more trouble trying to pay at the end but programme finally accepted my info. A frustrating time but finally successful.

LEH Deadline Extended
Due to government-wide technical difficulties the LEH draw deadline has been extended until 11:59:59 PM on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. This will allow hunters additional opportunity to submit their LEH applications and reduce impact for those who have had difficulty accessing the system in recent days.

Have people had problems on the site? I myself logged in lots over the last two weeks no problems. BC hunting facebook comments say the same, and suggest it was extended due to low entries being submitted this year. Gov just trying to keep the revenue up.
