BC hunting LEH

Instead of infighting with GOABC, BC hunters should ask the government to do more with wolf control. Wolves take away more hunting opportunities than any other organizations.
As for the donation by GOABC to the liberals, I think it is a good thing. It helped bc liberal beat NDP devils.

"Infighting"???? It seems to me that GOABC does more damage to Resident hunting opportunities than any anti-hunting group.

Signed. Probably does more good to place a call or write a letter to your local representative as well. I am not against Outfitters, as long as they do not damage resident hunters' opportunities to hunt. Taking away more LEH tags is a prime example of that. Let them sell our animals which are open season to foreign clients. They are trying to make a living but if they can not make a living selling non LEH hunts then they can give me their area and get a real job.

I am fairly recent British Columbia resident and have only bought tags for one year. I have, on the other hand, applied for several game species last season and didnt get drawn for any!! I very much enjoy hunting and was super excited to be a BC resident so I could hunt this beautiful Province. It is very disappointing that in true government fashion this province believes to control population they need to give more tags to non residents. I have heard from so many people here that they did not get a draw tag, it would seem to me that more resident opportunities could be taken advantage of. Just my 2 cents

Exactly the reason to petition this decision. I didn't get any of my draws, either.

I will sign even thought I am a Alberta resident.

Unfortunately with Clark you have a similar mindset as Alberta (develop at all costs - and do it today).
My guess is that she has a pretty sympathetic ear to someone spouting economic development.
