There are TONNES of draws that are essentially guaranteed. Just takes more work and travel to get the animal.
Edit. Yes I understand some folks can’t travel. Or hunt remote. But they are in the minority of hunters I bet. Those that are stuck on only the southern long shot draws I can understand the frustration but even around prince george and a bit further south west you can essentially guarantee every other year at worst. Also consider how you apply for tags.
What’s better 3 guys in a group applying getting 1 or 2 moose and having reduced odds for multiple years.
Or all 3 applying solo every year and only the person that gets the tag is reduced odds while the rest of the group are at full odds.
I doubt 3 guys need more than one big bull moose you only need the tag holder to shoot the moose everyone else can hunt whatever GOS animals they come across while keeping the moose hunter informed.
