Well got lucky this year. Moose draw in 7-28 (Nation River) and anterless deer in 3-31 (Clinton). ) ) No elk though. ( )

Shared bull moose hunt with the wife in 3-12 for us. One daughter drew antlerless mule deer in 8-03. Son got NIL.

On a side note, I had a hell of a time trying to figure out why an elk was bugling in my living room yesterday. It was the hunt buddy app on my phone alerting me the leh was out! Too funny!

I have access to several sections of land in the Kiskatinaw triangle, K.
Also an ex-student living in the area as my personal source of information.

Had this draw twice before, and filled it promptly each time.

Got Goat and Grizzly....not in the same area though.
Grizzly tag is in an area when moose hunting last year I had close encounters of the grizzly kind on just about every trip.
Goat tag is in an area with more reasonable access than I've had in previous years.
Should be a fun year!

It says in the leh that you will recieve your confirmation in the mail. about how long does it take before you recieve one. I ask because I got an elk draw here on the island, in my back yard actually. Once I get it in the mail, I may have to get a new rifle, as all I have now thats suitable is an old 303, that I have never shot.

you best be either getting surgical with that trusty 303 and a 180gr bullet or you best be shopping for an elk rifle my friend.

I just chose to get surgical with the .303 instead when I decided to go moose hunting last year
