BC LEH Results out now!

The usual NIL again.

Bit of a quandary for me this year in Alberta. Told my Partner over there I wasn't very interested in coming over for anything but perhaps an elk. So please 999 (Priority Only) everything but Elk, and put that into a certain area. Said he got the message. When I checked the entries a couple days later, he had gotten it completely back-asswards. So now I have a good likelihood of drawing antelope and / or mulie bucks over there this fall. Elk would have been a good possibility, but by no means a certainty. Good thing the moose and sheep are too low of odds for any chance of success! First time in my life I am seriously hoping NOT to draw in Alberta this fall!!

Good thing for open seasons and late archery!!

I am not doing the LEH anymore so didn't put in.
My wife the "new hunter" who has had her license 7 years now.... has still not pulled a tag for anything, despite putting in for reasonable odds draws.
I told her it was a waste of time LOL

She is not impressed and now I have to deal with my pissed off wife..... thanx LEH...... burned me for the last time LOL
 
Nobody I know who is local won a single draw in our backyard. I do know at least 3 from the lower mainland and island who have won moose draws in the Cariboo.
 
I drew a big fat zero this year. But, all things considered, I drew zero last year and filled 3 tags anyway in GOS.
Not going to get twisted about it at all. Dave.
 
0 for 21 applications in 7 years. Makes me wonder when my neighbour gets 4 out of 5 years of moose draws. Lottery = farce in my books.

We got two moose tags in the caribou. Mind you we are somewhat local being from Kamloops area.
