First off congrats to all that got their draw. for myself it's another season of "wishing for Elk soup" and hunting little island Blacktails... ;-)
(I'm 0/3 now so I really shouldn't complain as I understand that there are guys out there that are 0/20..)

Bull moose in October. 45 minute drive from home

We picked up an ' any bull' October 10th into November draw for Germanson landing,hoping to do a float trip on the Omenica river. Not sure if there is a GOS on immatures or calves there( my two sons will be accompanying us ,they were unsuccessful) I haven't hunted that area,is there anything else open?deer,elk etc?

2 for 2, mountain goat and antlerless elk. I only enter in undersubscribed hunts and in 4 years probably have a 60%+ success rate.
