BCG Recommendation for a CC upper?

Just bite the bullet and fork out the cash for a CC BCG to match? Or are there other as good/better options?

A Colt Canada FA BCG is certainly a good choice, but there's also Daniel Defence and a few others that make quality FA BCG's.

Any mil-spec BCG will work. That said,I'd go with Colt Canada or Daniel Defence. Buy once, cry once!

If you want to pay $500 for a Colt Canada bolt-carrier group, go ahead (unless they got cheaper)... Any of the big names will do at a much cheaper price. I'm using a Spike's Tactical inside of my BCM upper/Colt Canada barrel.

I sold my colt Canada BCG way back I base what I use on performance I found the IUR like mist uppers performed more smoothly with nicol Boron FA bcg I can almost guarantee if you fire a mag with a NB BCG after using stock BCG's regardless of brand you will feel and hear & see a performance differential
