Just after Christmas I requested a new extractor from BCL.
They replied within a couple of days and I had a new extractor in my hands within 2 weeks with no charge. I am happy with this level of service.
We do seem to be hearing from a few people with an axe to grind rather than having an accurate picture of real numbers. Many people including myself are very happy with BCL. It is a nice rifle IMHO.
