BCL 102 Update 27 Nov

I asked this earlier, but the answer was unclear. When should the rifles start coming in to your door from BCL? I saw you said you hoped to start shipping within 72 hours. Does that mean 72 hours of the post you made? 72 hours of the uppers coming done in paint? 72 hours of BCL delivering the guns? Will you see any rifles come in this week?

You also said after the rifles start rolling in, it should be a steady stream, it seems like they got some of their manufacturing process streamlined and are ready to go. How many rifles do you expect in each shipment? And how frequent will the shipments be? I know BCL is in Ontario, so the shipping from them to you won’t take long.


Thanks again for working hard on this, and updating us when you could. T seems like we are on the home stretch now.
 
Within 72 hours of them coming back from paint I hope to see completed guns on my warehouse and to start shipping them. The uppers are at paint and I hope they will be done any day.

I am just wondering, what is the cause of the delay? Is it because there was an issue or shortage with the raw materials? Is it due to the design changes? Is it due to internal issues at BCL? Is it due to external issues (painter)?

Not that it would change anything. I am just curious. When I bought this rifle I fully accepted the fact that it may not arrive on time.
 
Production took a bit longer than expected and paint was taken longer than expected.

It's a project that is underway but there are also a couple other ones in the works.

We're just trying to figure out magazines for the 300 WM and 338 LM. I think AICS style ones will work.

Ryan you have to stop my credit card can only handle so much. I would love to have one of these non restricted in .300WM.
 
BCL stated on their FB page that deliveries have started....does this mean, the first shipment is on its way to you Ryan?
 
I’m hoping this has something to do with one of the exciting new products you will be announcing next year. I did ask for an mp5 replacement haha.

I haven’t talked to them today...on my way to TO for 2 days of meetings then possibly driving by BCL on the way back. I’ll be in touch with them tomorrow.

I don't know why people feel that cyber space is an excuse to be a (unt . Ryan has given me so many discounts at his shop its embarrassing. If you don't own a 102 keep the nasty comments to yourself. When people start badmouthing retailers it only hurts everyone else that has to business with them.
We have sh!t laws that these guys have to work within and delays happen.

Jeff better sell that cool new gun to us too, or I will... ok I won't do anything but who doesn't want a MP5!!!
