Bcl 102 upper and lower receiver compatibility with other brands?

I’m sure this has been beaten to a pulp but I can’t come up with much of an answer. Just curious if there are other ar10 lowers that might be comparable with the 102 uppers?

I know TNA makes an upper that is compatible.

Wondering the same thing. Like does a BCL 102 upper fit on a Troy 102 lower? Someone has to know.
