Just received my coyote in the mail. Just starting this thread as I've had questions about the coyote that some of you may also have. Currently in the process of taking apart the entire rifle with pictures along the way.
Here are some pictures of the lower receiver. In picture #4 you can notice that the front section of the magwell isn't as beveled or flared as the other sides.
The following shows a helical coil as the threads that secures the both receivers. Note that the upper comes with a ambi charging handle (a similar style as the BCM ambi charging handle) and a plastic dust cover (my guess is strike industry)
The 1 of the 3 bolts holding the rail was tightened all the way. If you get one, I'd recommend double checking them. The manual didn't specify any torque specs. I torqued the bolts to 20 in/lb with a wheeler torque driver.
When reinstalling the rail, it helps to stand the rifle straight up (muzzle up) to ensure fitment between upper.
The barrel came with oil on it with what seems to be dust or something. It wipes of clean with a cloth.
Had a tough time taking off the barrel nut. It measured to be 30.20mm. The only wrench I had that would fit was a 1 3/16. When I tried to take it off, it would move and thought my magpul BEV block may break. The threads at external of the barrel, but unsure is there are threads internally as well.
The gas block comes off with 2 bolts, there are no dimples on the barrel for the gas block.
The muzzle device is 2 piece (the brake and timing nut). The break can be taken off with a standard AR wrench, but you can use a 22mm wrench for better leverage on the timing nut.
The BCG is a full auto style similar cuts to the Radian. The firing pin retaining pin is proprietary as far as I know.
Other than that, bolt carrier parts look the same as a standard AR15 BCG
Buffer spring and buffer is nothing special. Note that the buffer is lighter than a standard H buffer (weight in grams).
The trigger mechanism is held in by 1 bolt in the rear. takes apart the same as an AR15 with a sleeved trigger group. Could easily be replaced with Geissele, but haven't confirmed yet. Manual says trigger weight is about 5.5lbs. Measured with an analog wheeler trigger scale, it pulls between 7-8lbs. The housing does a slight up and down play in the front between the trigger housing and lower receiver.
Will be shooting the gun sometime this week or next. Will update post afterwards.
If you have any questions, let me know and I'll try my best to answer them.
