BCL coyote?

Would be nice if they came up with an original name for their new rifle instead of stealing the name from the PGWDTI Coyote...........which has been in use for at least the last couple of decades........

Anyone know when the Coyotes are getting shipped? Can't wait to check them out...

Are you in fact the distributor for this rifle? Are you able to get any updates on shipping timelines for people who have handed over their hard earned money for a pre-order?

We understand delays due to Covid. Complete radio silence though simply isn't cool.

Their suppliers are being disrupted due to covid19. This is unexpected but BCL is trying their very best to get these rifles out to consumers.

We will provide another update when they arrive at our warehouse. Thanks for your patience.

Shouldn't be a surprise, the supply chain has been disrupted, in some cases the same trailers that carry your food or bum wipe carry your Rifles. BCL isn't going to have priority at the moment, give it a few weeks, and then you can blame it on another poorly conceived launch of a new firearm.

This is all excuses, BCL should have ordered all their materials a long time ago, they knew months ago they were going to manufacture this.

So if a global pandemic that causes greater economic disruption that the 2008 crash combined with mass isolation and overwhelmed medical systems isn't enough for you then what exactly is?

I don’t have any disruptions in my supply chain. Had multiple deliveries yesterday, at least $100,000 worth

My goods are still being shipped out.

Only difference is I’m squared away.

It would be nice to know what part they are waiting for; if its one that easily and commonly user-replaceable, like the pistol grip or butt stock, they should have the distributor coordinate with the retailers to offer the option for pre-order customers to accept the rifle at a discount with the missing part. The pre-order customers could either use a part they had on hand, or apply the discount against the purchase of the part from their chosen retailer. If its something proprietary, like the hand guard, or something that would complicate warranty work, like a piece missing form the bolt control group, then the above option would not be possible.

BCL has made some comments in an email on what they are held up with. It sounds like they had a fair number of coyotes already assembled when all the COVID stuff kicked off, however they had to almost entirely shut down the assembly of the rifles due to staff reductions and social distancing measures. So they are still assembling the rifles but at a reduced capacity. At the end of the day they are still being built as we speak which is good news for us. That being said they will inevitably run in to supply chain issues given the current state of the world right now. We should start to see the first batch being shipped out this month!

The entire world has shut down for COVID19...but "DAMMED IF I DON'T GET MY PRE-ORDER GUN ON THE EXACT BALLPARK DATE THEY WERE OPTIMISTIC WOULD BE MET BEFORE THE VIRAL APOCALYPSE!!!"

Dude grow up or cancel your order. Bloody ignorant.

Quote from BCL who just posted on instagram:

"Coyotes ship in T minus 6. A special thanks to Black Creeks skeleton staff who have been performing triple duties and working 24 hours a day (across 3x8 hour shifts) to try and get products out the door while under a covid-19 partial shutdown. With only a few cnc machines running and almost no administrative or logistical support personnel, the few remaining staff manage to safely launch a brand new product in one of the most challenging environments Canada has ever seen."
