BCL MRX Bison !!!

even though i'd like it....i'm gonna pass for now, because the last 2 BCL rifles i bought ended up being prohibited....lol

Cool but would be cooler with an MDT folder stock. And too bad they didn't add 6.5 grendel to the cartridge list.

most likely a mid range quality heavy profile barrel. It will probably not be super accurate but really its a <500 meter rifle so it doesn't matter for practical use.

Sure, but is it an AR pattern barrel? Something i can easily swap? Or some BCL proprietary thing.

The action looks like a rem 700 action so likely a rem 700 barrel. Who knows, but I highly doubt its an AR barrel, because they would need to have an AR type bolt as well.

With a three lug bolt and shorter cartridge length it's definitely not a Rem 700 action. Maybe could take a Rem barrel, but we don't know at this point. Would prefer savage or tikka, easier to change on your own.

Hey Wolverine, can we get an answer to the question about barrel format?

Here's another question that hasn't been answered - will actions without that chassis be sold?

Feedback from my perspective, just one guys opinion this and $3.00 will get you a bus ride around town

- lose the brake that's going to be obnoxious on a rifle that short and I like brakes and run them on most rifles I own
- An adjustable stock of some sort is going to be needed with current dimensions on the mock up
- Get that rail to a milling machine and cut half of it off to drop some weight
- A user changeable barrel similar to what Impact Precision offers would be great but I suspect price point is a design factor here
- Would like to see some test targets and know who the barrel maker is...if it's IBI count me out (again just personal experience don't get your panties in a twist)

I sure hope BCL is pitching in for the legal fight and not just trying to make profits on this situation...

Either way, the 102 was apparently sorted out after 7 versions.

By Gen 7 of this, the cheek weld will be resolved, and it'll have a folding stock to allow the bolt to come out.

I have a NEA-15 CSS that was junk and a paperweight before the OIC, and I have a BCL-102 that’s been a paperweight since the OIC... I ordered one of these so hopefully I can use some of my accessories from the other two... I’m looking forward to seeing how it preforms...
