BCL MRX Bison !!!

Prohibited parts going to Germany!

It’s a shame to see the government brutalize Canadian companies.

Also, it appears that the top part of the forend is removeable, so those that want to save the weight, just prefer the look without, or want to mount optics super low it looks like it will be possible.

I'm hoping they start shipping these out soon. Projected release was February, but we all know how the release of new firearms goes in Canada at the best of times...

I really enjoyed the part in the video when the BCL media warrior started to point out the "very difficult to do" cam cut in the receiver. They definitely reinvented fire and wheel on this unavailable design study...

Taking a closer look even if you removed the top part of the forend it appears the picatinny rail for mounting optics will overhang? This would speculate that the design doesn't intend for this option? Granted functionality it'll probably make no difference. More less just Astetics.

I called you guys and got on the pre ordered for the bison. Looking at their site, they have the “Ranger” listed and a model with a 16” barrel. Can I call and switch to the 16” Ranger? Or are you guys only getting the Bison’s? Thanks.

I’ll say this again but it’s great to see Canadian manufacturing. I’ll be supporting with a PX19 for sure and hopefully add a rifle down the road. Say what you will about BCL, but my old BCL15 went bang every time...she wasn’t the prettiest, but did it’s job. #RIP

Stiiiiill "coming soon"

I am somewhat interested in this to be honest, in the middle of doing a tikka 308 in an MDT LSS and going to swap it to a 16" barrel, but my oh my, it does not cost $1000...

Would be a cool little plinker, though I have never owned a BCL product this thread alone says the gist of what I already knew lol

Still, feel like the only time I would use this is at the range, and at that point why add another caliber when I can just shoot a nicer version of this in 308... IF this had've been out a year ago maybe I would be singing a different tune...
