Bcl round question

Bcl 102 question (current release)
Looking at the manual for this firearm. It mentions its chambered in the .308 or 7.62 in the purpose section of the manual. Then in chamber section, says it’s chambered in the .308 LR, and at the bottoms says earlier bcl102’s were chambered in 7.62 nato.
So which is it? Would I run into issues firing 7.62 in this current version of the rifle?
 
I was watching videos comparing .223 and 5.56 and there was a slight difference. I am just wanting to be sure I am not causing any harm to myself or the firearm using either ;)
