BCM Upper Receiver

So for after a long time, I decided to get into the AR game.
Instead of buying a complete rifle, I thought building one from the ground up.
I've been looking at BCM 14.5" Mid-length Upper, but I can't find any place that has them.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also what would you recommend for a lower?

I believe One Shot has a BCM mid length upper in stock, no guts or handguards.. CTCS is probably the fastest and easiest option outside of what is(or is not) available in country at the moment.

Same here.... I haven't put a lot of rounds (a couple hundred) through it, but I'm pleased.
