BCRA Provincial SR Championships.

It pains me...however, in the interests of finally getting my leg fixed..(Just had my 11th surgery last week) I wont be able to shoot any of it...however, I am pleased to announce that two of my best friends from my 2 RCR rifle team days, and my service rifle and sniper rifle partner will be here to compete..
Dave Oakie QM1 and Kenny Ferguson QM7..you'll have your work cut out fella's..I think I'll enjoy watching this one...:)

dude if that last surgety didn't do it, lets just cut it off and BBQ it! then we could graft something cool onto it like in that Grindhouse movie!

LOL, obviously kidding dude. I seriously hope that it's fixed this time, you've been ####ed over beyond belief with that thing.

It says 11am on the BCRA site. They usually have two rounds, one in the morning and another later one for those that couldn't make the first one.

Just got home from the team Matches today I had A Blast, our Team did pretty good on a couple runs, So that was satisfying!
The Military showed up in good numbers and there shooting Is VERY impressive, Makes me Proud of our Soldiers and there Capabilities. I hope they keep coming out.
Sat was Great fun too, I did not do so good BUT I still had a Good time .....It was worth the trip just for the Millers Prawns!:D
Over all, A Great Time if you love Shooting ,This is a event Not to be missed, Now I gotta Practice!!!:runaway::D

I had a great time Friday and Saturday, wish I could have stayed for the Sunday matches too. Not my personal best score but given the level of talent there on Saturday I would have to say it was my best finish. It is amazing to see the fitness level and caliber of shooter within the Big Army from even 5 years ago...good stuff boys and girls. How did my replacement do in the Soldiers match?. Ian????

Fergie showed up and shot a nice 562 to take top honours.I had a 545 and 2 of my up and coming guys shot mid 530's,which was fantastic.Another of my guys broke 500 for the first time having only ever shot 2 SR matches.Things are coming along very well!

I had a great time at the shoot. It is great to see a group of people come together for a shoot and help each other out. I really hope I can bring an Artillery team next year.

Ryan, I am glad that you are willing to share your knowledge with those willing to learn. I could not have gone from greenshot to master in 2 years without your help and the BCRs support last year. Thank you.

It was a good shoot... great to see the army guys out and shooting like they mean it!

I was very happy with my pistol results, not so hot on the rifle though.

It was good to have Fergie show how it can be done... I've shot rifle with him before so that was no surprise but I had no idea that he could kick as with a revolver the way he did. Must practice, mostly must practice running ;)

No worries Will ! It's good to have some guys that are actually getting the stuff I'm trying to teach them.LFWA camp will be an excellent training opportunity!

I got a 457. Would have been higher (and quite good for me), if not for totally stepping on my junk in one match and ending up with a nice score of 9...
