Hi all,
As many of you know I'm a year away from having my PAL, but that's just it: I don't have my PAL. I got a folder with a bunch of forms from the BCRA for the new shooting year, and it says on there specifically that a PAL is needed or members may not shoot. I was under the supervision of a member last year because I was borrowing a rifle, but now that I have my own, will I be able to join and shoot it without my father being there? Will I be able to shoot the Chilliwack Tac-Rifle match?
Thanks,
-Rohann
