BD38, Swiss Arms, Kriss...

Not another penny to the CPC until C-68 if fully repealed and issues like this and the CFOs are dealt with.

Every time they send me a donation request they're going get back a cheque that has "Void due to inaction on repealing C-68" across it.

These issues certainly don't help the CPC's grassroots supporters. The people who bust their arses volunteering and forking over money to ensure CPC victories. With Justin Trudeau and his media groupies dogging at Harper's heals, tossing a bone to the CPC grassroots this far off from the election wouldn't hurt the party.

This is not Trudeau's election to win; it's Harper's to lose...

Time to call the ombudsmen. Obviously people at the RCMP lab are not performing their jobs. One minute the guns are officially good-to-go, 12 years later oopsy, john Q Public who has jumped through all the hopes NOW has to twist in the wind because they didn't do their jobs?! Why aren't heads rolling at the RCMP 'lab'? If I was THAT inept on a regular basis, my only hope of employment would be public office!

Well now... If its going to go this way, I'm of the opinion the MAJORITY Conservative government MUST proceed with a common sense & fair rewrite of the Firearms Act!!!

Cheers
Jay

I suspect that the RCMP don't even looked at these designs when the rifles first came into the country. Input from an actual importer on this process would be beneficial to the conversation.

Either way, whoever (I have suspicions) it is that's been forcing the government (via the RCMP) to re-examine the classification of these firearms is hopefully going to end up forcing the government to re-examine the whole firearms act.

Among other things, I told my MP that if the RCMP is allowed to continue like this, then the only difference between a liberal/ndp government and this conservative government is just the speed that we lose our guns......
