going to restock my 6.5 284 with a Mcmillan m40a1.Had it built on a long action ,wondering if it will feed properly from a DBM.seems all long action DBM are made for 30 cal or 338's.
The 284 was a factory chambering and should work with both mag styles, however it has a rebated rim. I guess theoretically it could be problematic with the smaller rim in which case opening the mag lips should solve it.
