I bought some bdx 9mm at gagnons and have had 3 rounds (out of 600 so I am not saying it is junk) that did something funny. I would fire the gun and it wouldn't be a squib but would definitely feel lighter and the case would not eject. I am running it through a g19 so you wouldn't think it takes that much power to cycle. Has anyone else experienced this? No other ammo has done this in my gun. Just wondering if this is unheard of with bdx or if this is an issue. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I had an issue with their 45 loads through my glock 21 surprisingly.. maybe use their 9mm loads for ipsc practise but for now using Sellier and Belliot. Cant beat that stuff 
That's not right. I'd contact them about the issue. If the powder charges are weak enough that it's not cycling ANY gun intended for that ammo then something is seriously wrong. Especially when it's a random sort of thing with only some of the ammo.
You ARE checking that the barrel isn't blocked each time, right? Sometimes a squib that sticks doesn't feel all that much different from a weak round. Don't want to be taking any risks.

Oh yeah for sure I am checking the barrel. Squibs are a big fear of mine as I am from the tap rack school of thought which is great....unless you get a squib, so I stay tuned in to what my gun is doing. I used up the bdx and will send an email to the company, but I think I'm removing them from my shopping list.
As suspected.... LW barrels are great but they have tighter tolerances than factory. Glock barrels will eat just about everything but I have seen a lot of this where the LWDs will have hiccups with BDX for some strange reason. Your 'smith can fix it with a light ream and yur good to go. Some chambers are tighter than others so I expect this is the heart of your problem.

I also have a g19 with a LW barrel, and had trouble with 147gr bdx. The rounds were too long and would not fully chamber in my glock, but worked without an issue in my m&p.
This doesn't sound like the problem newshot had at all.
It sounds like the powder amount was low.
I've used both, BDX Gold line and Bronze line in several pistols of mine, and never had a problem you speak of.
Matter of fact, used it in CZ Shadow, that is somewhat picky with any other commercial reloads, but never a hick up with BDX.
