Be careful

I have gone around in my mind about the feedback thing - I suspect is significant difference between other party having one feedback versus 15 feedback. But I suspect gets less critical when someone has 150 versus 250 - and perhaps even less so once past 500 or so. Perhaps the parties who do not leave feedback do not understand how easy that is to see and verify what they can not be bothered with. To someone like me, that says something about them - who I have never met.

Ordered “once fired” brass some time ago from a known retailer. NONE of it was once fired. They should know better and I was lied to. Cost me over $50 in shipping costs which they refused to reimburse. In my opinion one should never buy or use once fired brass. It’s reverse economics.

I just loaded up some 223 from the huge box of brass you gave me 15 years ago or more.
Definitely only fired once, all still have the military crimps! Have to swage the pockets, but it's worth it, very consistent brass and lasts a long long time in my bolt guns.
I forget that other fella's name that use to have the once fired Norma 308...I still have a pile of that as well.

Thanks Mike.

The Norma brass would have been Dizzy Dan who, sadly, died 27 August 2021.

I purchase tons of once fired brass from the EE but I like it dirty and refuse to buy tumbled or polished brass.
It's easy to get burned with wet tumbling becoming more popular.

I take all the brass I can get for free put it in a pail and take it to the recycle depot get the cash and buy new brass . Why take a chance with a big dollar gun .

I doubt it. I am in the same boat. I don't sell junk. Usually it is better than what the person expects. I disclose everything, and I mean everything. When I sell, I always check to make sure it got delivered and I know it did with F2F, and everything I mail is packaged to withstand being abused...
I always ask if everything was /is ok? I always ask them to leave FB...some just never do.
When I am the buyer I always leave FB for the seller, and some sellers don't bother responding...

You should then consider deleting the feedback you left for them... sometimes that makes them rethink their position.
As a seller, feedback should be left once payment is received as that portion of the transaction is complete. Buyers on receipt of the item.

I never understood why sellers withhold feedback until the buyer leaves theirs. To me that's just wrong.

Buying once fired brass is a gamble but for a belted mag I believe it just isn't worth it. With belted brass you only get 1 chance to fire form it to your chamber and it is already formed to another. Works if your chamber is shorter than the one first fired in but not the other way around. JMO

IF I ever sold 1-F, that brass would have been BNIB when I fired it. I would have no problems selling unknown brass, but I'd call it "range brass" or "found brass", or something. 1-F is an extremely specific description.
