Be honest... Which one are YOU?

Lol, entertaining video! Me, I am just there to have a good time, and if I shoot a great match, bonus! The majority of those shooters I believe don't exist, but I can say that the most hated is the 'I am only here to shoot' shooter. There is always that one, that feels he is too good to help patch and set up, very frustrating. The excuses guy, is in every squad :).
 
There are so many more they could have added:

Super expensive gear guy
Commando wannabe
Rule nazi
Hot chick who everyone helps out
Regular chick who everyone helps out
Wife who doesn't really want to be there
Know it all guy (also been there, done that guy)
Silent but deadly
Vicarious dad pushing son guy
Ex military guy who knows his ####
Ex military guy who only went through basic who thinks he knows his #### (me)

Yeah, but if you notice, he mumbles and grumbles and then goes and hits everything first shot because he's still good at it.

Half the guys I shoot 3 gun with are half my age. It's two Tylenol when I get out of the truck in the morning, two more at lunch, and more before bed on match day because I'm still keeping up with them. It just hurts a lot more.

None of the above.

Other than the rare jerk who won't do his share of work - I've not encountered any of these people at the range.
Even the "Too Old for this" isn't around - any of the older guys are just happy to shoot.

Geez, if this was the regulars at a range I went to - I'd find another range.
 
They forgot "the lurker" that doesn't seem to ever shoot, but is always trying to peek into your gun bag, or constantly wants to talk about your gun... as if they know more about it than you do. (usually talking to their friend, or sometimes directly to you)

I see these pretty often, talking just loud enough that you can hear them rattle off video game stats or wikipedia info...


I was shooting my FS2000, and one of these "lurkers" was telling his friend that it was not as powerful as a TAR-21 in terms of stopping power (which he pronounced TAYE-VURE - and not in a redneck way... he was a city kid with skinny jeans)
And it was made in Austria....

I was going to correct him, but it was just way too funny listening to his "knowledge"

If you don't see even a hint of one of these at your matches (and its the exaggeration of reality that makes it amusing, imho), then I would think that you are taking yourselves much too seriously.

Exactly.... Every single 3 gun match I've been too had at least one guy that "could not be less prepared"

Or you shoot IPSC. The BB filters them out and trains the rest.
