yes Dio cane I said sling shot to whack the small bears away .... and make way for the bigger ones...

I wouldn't do that. The competition keeps the bigger ones around to protect their food supply, and the small ones act as live confidence decoys. Helps keep the big ones from getting suspicious.

BC hunters can't use bait but you can spray fish oil on the rocks on base of trees to attract Bears

Would be defined as bait under BC laws, for sure.
