Bear hunt gone wrong

I have had a few close calls in my 40 plus years of playing with bears, but been lucky enough that all but one just decided to walk away. They all don't want to kill you.

It’s one in a thousand that actually does want to. I’m sure polar bears are similar, their software hasn’t been updated fast enough to realize they’re not the meanest thing out there everything else should respect anymore. One of their favourite ways of communicating here when they feel threatened unfortunately ends in them being shot often.

The bear in the video, irritating as all the talking and unpacking gets which I skipped to make it easier, was doing what I admire most of Grizzlies. Choosing to fight, he didn’t have much of a choice left, they don’t like to just lay down.

That was me not paying as close attention as I should have. You know when you do the same thing hundreds of times and nothing happens and then that one time it does. That bear had me and I knew it but he chose to walk away. Whisky tasted really good that night.

Well that’s interesting. How many times have you ended up dead?

LOL was a rhetorical definition but have come close a couple times to just as I have said. Punt rollover in the chuck in March was the last time, but there have been others have the scars and loss of a few digits to remember them by.
