Its been disgusting here. 30+ degrees with humidity in the 60 and 70s at times; not hunting friendly at all.

You'll wring them out of those hills soon enough Davey!

I'm impressed as heck that you know this was #86 in your big game repertoire... I haven't got a clue how many I have taken over the years... if I guessed within 30, I would be lucky.

I can normally sit down and recall every single one, year by year. Now if you wanted me to include coyotes, birds, and vermin, I can not even come close. For quite a few years now I have been keeping notes as well. It's all part of the fun!
We've had some pretty good years in Alberta as far as generosity goes with deer tags.

I'm going to chalk that up to youth... I've been hunting for 40+ years... And once you pass the big 50, your doing good to remember what you had for breakfast! I can remember most of the highlight reel... But the rest kinda blend together in a fuzzy red haze...
