Bedding a pillar bedded stock?

I have a Savage on the way that is dual pillar bedded (laminated stock). Should this be bedded? Why or why not? Thanks in advance.

Shoot it and see how it does. If you are happy with its performance than let it be.

If you wanna tighten it up, bedding will help. It gives a solid point of contact for the action (when done right).
