Bedouin matchlock gun

Last week I acquired two old matchlock long guns. I think they are called jazeles or some similar name. The metal is fine but the stocks are beyond repair. Would like to restore one but can't find a picture to guide me.
Is the stock attached to the barrel only by the brass bands?
Would be a nice piece for show and tell days.
Does any one have any info on these?

This is a typical example,the stock is attached by brass or steel bands as the original stocks were usually broken and replaced with ornate designs.

It depends on what country they came from, what the stock looks like. How about posting a photo of the portions you do have.

Here are some really bad pictures of my Jezail matchlock. .79cal smooth bore, looks iron and hammered out on a forge. I am told it dates 1460s, sind issue but can't confirm that. Is obviously really old. The barrel is held into the stock by brass bands, now very thin and there is an ornate pattern on them. Notice the pattern on the flash hole cover too, well worn but still quite visible. There are no markings at all that I can find.

The contour of that jezail is quite different from my Indian matchlocks. The jezail is much more rounded apart from the difference in the butt shape

Everything on this is very smoothly rounded. Could be by design or partly through wear. The rear sight is very interesting. It's a hole through a piece of iron to make an apreture then held on with a band around the action. It's quite a workable sight really. I will try to get a decent picture of it. Another thing I find of interest on this is the scale. It was obviously made for people much smaller than an average sized guy today. I suspect the people of that time and maybe region were smaller than we overfed and underworked folks of today are.
Here are a few of the sight and the ornate brass bands holding the action in the stock. These two have good pattern, one has very little and the remaining band has only a very faint hint of the design left.
