Hey,

So, this is my second year of hunting and I’ve become addicted I think. I’m been lucky enough to harvest a moose, 3 white tails, and numerous grouse and ptarmigan. I was originally a city guy from ON but have grown to love and appreciate the outdoors here in SK.

I wish I had tried out this hobby/lifestyle years ago.

..where required, tags were applied after photos.

About 3.5 hours north of Meadow Lake.

...been thinking of going for. Bear this spring, kind of the animal up here I’ve yet to make an attempt at filling a tag for. Have had mixed advice from locals as to whether it’s worth it or not.

It’s totally worth it, it handled right bear meat can be very tasty, I’ve been very happy with it. This was my first year eating bear and I’m hooked.

The hunting bug is most often terminal. No vaccines available. It's rough but yeah just have to live with it.

Pretty much sums it up.

It's not a hobby, it's a lifestyle.

Welcome to an addiction far more powerful than pu$$y and c0caine!!

Smitticus, well done.
Lived out there for many years, excellent hunting, province & people..
Still have few good ole Saskatchewan Bunny Hugs.
