Beginner puzzled why reticle is blurry at shorter distances

Beginner or not, read the literature that comes with your gear. The answer was literally in his hands. Short of that the internet has plenty of information, likely more than the manual. Its seems many feel its easier to let others do the work for you instead of trying to figure it out on their own.

I'm glad he got the answer but it doesn't say much for our community or society when people fail to solve the simplest of problems without help.

TDC, you could have just skipped this thread or like me just shake your head as be glad he's not beside you at the range. Unless an idiot scar is eminent maybe that will be his next post. " How far is your eye supposed to be from the scope?"
